Are you only a design agency?

No, we can work with you in every area of strategy, design and communication! From strategic brand sessions to campaigns and brainstorms. And from (online) marketing to photography. We don’t shy away from anything. We have our own team of specialists and if an assignment requires a different expertise, we simply call in one of our partners!

How many logo options do we receive?

We can be very clear about that: you will receive one design form us, but it will be the very best one. There is no ‘moment of choice’. Our question is therefore often: why do you expect a moment of choice when you engage a professional? Surely you can assume that the person with his or her expertise will only give you the most important advice? We make the decisions because we can argue choices from strategic insights and we can look at them independently. Trust us: fresh eyes can do wonders for your brand identity! Not satisfied? Then, of course, we always look further and revisit the ‘wow effect’.

Do we get all files delivered afterwards?

Yes definitely, even more so: the files belong to you after completion (including the copyright!). We do still keep the files in our backup. Should there ever be anything with the files, we can always resubmit them.

How many correction rounds are there in a project?

By default, we carry out one correction round per delivery. In such a correction round, as much feedback as you want can be implemented (so it doesn’t matter if you have two or ten point of feedback). Most of our clients manage with one round, but does the design need more correction round? Of course you can: we don’t stop until you are satisfied. Together, we look for the best possible way to keep the hours as low as possible and the output as high as possible.

What if I don’t like or like it at all?

Of course you can, but then we’ll just start again to see together what adjustments are needed to make it as desired. Even if you don’t like the first version at all, we can switch 180 degrees and redeliver in a totally different style. It’s rare that we don’t manage to translate the client’s wishes into design: but it can always happen. We don’t give up until we achieve the desired result.

Do you also work with separate hours?

Yes definitely! Don’t want to take on a big project with us (yet) but are looking for a company to help you with website updates, creating a flyer or setting up social media? We also offer a service card, so for small jobs we are the perfect partner too!

I needed a design yesterday. Can you help me?

We are used to working under time pressure (and are really in our strength then!) but a thoughtful delivery that stands for quality is most important to us. So whether it’s possible? Call us, and we’ll look at the schedule together.
