The challenge

When we were asked in 2017 to help think about the positioning of a new residential area in ‘our’ Roermond, we immediately became enthusiastic. A challenge, because Neeldervelt was then nothing more than an open field with weeds. Our job was to inform people who were looking for houses and get them enthusiastic about the new residential area with the ultimate goal of selling the first houses. To do so, they literally had to look through the weeds.

Our solution

Meanwhile we are six years and as many selling phases further and the feral plain has been transformed into a lively residential area with lots of variety. A nice place to live, with everything you need nearby. This was the slogan from day 1, with a good reason. Mannen van 80 provided the strategy, identity and a phased communication plan including implementation and delivery.

What's next?

Construction is still busy in Neeldervelt. One more phase is planned before the residential area is finished. And for this last selling phase, we are once again brainstorming about distinctive ideas!
